Thrifty Chicken
Submitted by Claire Bingham on Sun, 02/07/2010 - 00:46.So our local grocery store was having a fantastic sale on Chicken Leg Quarters this week (.47 a pound!!). I quickly scooped up several packages and brought them on home. Problem is, I normally cook with chicken breasts, and the bone-in chicken seems a little daunting. Never fear!
