Recession-Proof Appetizer

Okay, I have been doing the coupon clipping for quite some time now, and it seems that no matter how bad the economy gets or how expensive other products may be, the good people running Frank's Red Hot Sauce must be doing pretty well. Or maybe not keeping up with their accounting books. Because without fail, every month they run a coupon that, when doubled, results in you getting free hot sauce. A LOT of free hot sauce. Then they published a little recipe by the coupon for this tasty sounding dip, and a lot of the ingredients in the dip were also on sale/running a coupon. So I had to try it. And now I am just looking for edible vehicles to transport it into my mouth so that I won't just ladle it into my mouth with a spoon as if it were soup. It's that good. In case you missed this little recipe blurb, I am going to post it for you here now. But don't blame me if you try it and can't get enough:

Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip
1 pkg.(8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup any flavor Frank's Redhot Sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
2 cans (9.75 oz) Premium Chunk Chicken Breast*, drained OR 2 cups chicken
*Even WITH a coupon this stuff is kinda pricey. I would go for the cooked chicken breast you might have already in your freezer.

Mix ingredients in a deep baking dish or pie plate
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until hot
Makes about 4 cups
Feel free to share your hot sauce recipes here! That is, after you finish licking the dip off your fingers so you can touch the keyboard. I'm just sayin'...
