Uber Clearance at Target

I am a fool for stationery! Office supplies, notebooks, journals, it all sucks me in. There is just something about all the possibility lying in a blank book that makes me feel like I could write a novel.
Today was my lucky day because my local Target had a plethora of fun things on clearance for 75%off! That means, for a little over $20 I got a bag FULL of fun notecards, tags, journals, folders, and crafty stuff for the kids (Easter baskets are when we stock up on art supplies around here). The absolute best deal of the day was when I found the refill for my monthly planner marked down from $12.99 to just $3.24! I could not justify buying the refill because it was so darn expensive, but I guess it pays to just wait until March!
I was completely spurred on by my fellow blogger Swistle, because she had to go and show off all her great deals the other day. Now I am actually considering going to another Target in the area to see what other deals I can scoop up. I am thinking beyond myself here: there are kid's birthdays, Mother's Day, Easter, all kinds of holidays where little gifties will be required and I want to be prepared. There is something about the thrill of a good sale that is completely satisfying. Ahhh! Happy Friday, everyone!
